They are not as good as the Bose QC45's. Bose has better noise cancelling and better audio quality. If you're talking about SoundCore Q45, I have never used them so I can't compare. I enjoyed the SoundPeats Space audio quality and the noise cancelling was good enough for most situations. If you have the money go for the Bose they are amazing, but if your looking for something cheaper these are great for the price.
