What a great list! Yep, knew that Mercedes Black would be in there. Absolutely gorgeous, a non gourmand, slightly spicy vanilla. I'm surprised this doesn't get more love. Khamrah Qawah is indeed an original. I don't know why folks compare it to Angel's Share...they are quite different, IMO. And Angel's Share has that apple-y vibe, whereas I get dates in Khamrah. I love breaking out Swiss Arabian's Casablanca in the Fall. Looove the caramel, grape, vanilla notes. Also Lorenzo Pazzaglia's Van Py Rhum. But only in colder weather because this stuff is nuclear, but addictive!

Hey Chris!!! I LOVE Club Black. It's so darn good. People say it smells like Spiriteuse Double Vanille but I completely disagree bc of the smoky nuance Club Black has and I don't get that in SDV. I love them both. My favorite cheapies are Mauboussin Star (it's like Commodity Milk with a pineapple note, cozy and gorgeous). Christian Siriano Intimate Silhouette (again, like Commodity Milk), Snif Vanilla Vice, Olympea Legend, Chloe Nomade D'Egypte, Attar Collection Khaltat Night, Junoon Noir. (Another one I enjoy that reminds me of the "spirit" of this fragrance, is Elizabeth Arden Green Tea and Coconut. Not technically a perfume but you can fool people to think it is- the eos body lotion Vanilla Cashmere scent. To quote my husband: “if there’s body lotion like that, what do you need perfume for?” The scent lingers several hours, and also sticks to clothing. 😊

It’s marketed to men but I find it very unisex. Lots of ppl think it smells very similar to Spirituese Double Vanille…..

Thank you for videos like this! Not that I can’t afford a more expensive bottle once in a while, but I am just not finding stuff I love that often. I’ll sample something and like it but I ask myself “do I $250 like this?!” and usually the answer is no. Definitely want to try some of these options I will likely enjoy just as much but feel better about the value.

I really need to get my hands on Mercedes Club Black! I have the OG Khamrah and just wore it the other day. Yum. I have the Solinotes Tonka and it is one of my fav layering scents. I actually have about 4 of the Solinotes and I like them. I have been wearing a lot of cheapies lately so narrowing it down isn’t easy. 😂Thanks for brightening up my day. 🥰🍁🔥🎃
