I ordered a travel size through Julianna’s and their shipping has been awful. The website says one thing but when I reached out they said it could be two weeks before it was shipped. Mine didn’t ship for 13 business days and even then it sat for 2 days after and is just now showing estimated delivery. I ordered June 16th. Just a heads up for anyone purchasing that the shipping doesn’t match their website.

Hi Nicole 🙂 Thank you so much for your order and I am sorry about the order processing delay. Unfortunately, we had a major order processing delay in June. Orders were extremely backed up (some orders taking 3 weeks to process) because we experienced 2 months' worth of order volume coming in within 2 weeks. We definitely appreciate all the love and I sincerely apologize for the order processing delays over the last month. In the last 3 weeks, I've been focused on growing our infrastructure so that we can handle such volume of orders in the future. We have just secured a bigger office and expanded our team. We are moving to the new office this week and next week. And by mid-July we will be back to fast order processing times. It's been an all-hands-on-deck situation to get orders shipped out along with hiring new staff, training new staff, moving, and packing orders.
