Size up a half size in heels and they. Will be easier to walk in. Especially pumps. I had the same thought as you and issue until I went up and now it’s easier to walk in cuz they don’t squeeze your foot but still have support. You can always add inserts if they’re not snug enough

Heel girl here.. just get your regular size! 😊 Also, a tip for shopping for shoes online... know your foot measurement! For example, I'm a 6.5us and my feet are 9.25" long. Look at the sizing chart and go off of that. I can usually get away with a size 7 and 6(only if it's a big open toe). I do have slightly wide feet and never had an issue.
