First time I followed the recipe exactly and while it turned out yummy, there were too many dirty pans. Next time I fried the nuts and carrots first, put them in a plate and use the same pot to fry the gosht. I also added bheegay huay kachay chaawal to the yakhni and the meat and put the kishmish, carrots and nuts on top before giving dum. Just as yummy but a lot more easier

Then how did you manage the hisaab for salt? Because she added only a teaspoon in gosht and the rest of it while boiling. But since you didn't boil rice beforehand , did you increase salt in the gosht???

​@hasbananoor797 you don't just like you do for yakhni pulao, add salt in meat according to your taste and then when you add rice then add more salt according to the rice quantity. Always taste the yakhni when you have added the rice and adjust salt according to your taste
