The man in the blue sweater reminds me a lot of my father: he too would never dare to leave food in his plate even when he doesn't like it. He would rather "suffer" through each spoonful/forkful than seeing food going to waste.

never ever heard of chicken Manchurian, is this dish originally from the USA? Mongolian beef is not a dish from Mongolia either as cows were never native to Mongolia, sometimes restaurants give made up meals bogus names to get more customers.
