Afghan refugees protest against UNHCR India

Just as a fresh flow of refugees from Afghanistan begins to arrive in India, those Afghans already in India for years begin indefinite protest against the UNHCR, citing total lack of support and violation of their rights as refugees by the UN body mandated to ensure refugee welfare across the world.

I am so grateful and feel so blessed that I am born in a country(my Bharat)where my government not only protects me from invasions but also don't leave me in time of crisis.....feeling sad for those...whose government flees away with all resources leaving them behind and all their religious brothers and sisters spread over 57 countries are also not interested in them.....and the country who rescued them face protests instead of gratitude...instead of protesting here why don't they protest against those who invaded their country and snatched their rights....although there are many Afghan's who are still in Afghanistan and protesting for their rights...I feel really proud for them.

By reading the comments my heart breaks into pieces, I never imagined that Indian people would write such hateful comments. I remember when I was just 6-7 years old started watching Indian movies songs and learning your culture. Was wishing to grow up faster and travel to India cause I love your country. But all the comments here made me feel so bad that I even write this comment with tears. Although I am safe here in Europe but my heart aches when I see my people are going through too much. I proudly telling to each of my foreigner friends that I can understand Bollywood and I-can Hindi. I even listen to your music every single day not just me all my afghan friends. I mean how much we are loving you guys but instead your comments.
