Just so you know, the tomatoes, washed in water 💧...(water 💧, is pure mountain spring.....)....everything else is kept chilled, with 🧊 ice.....all cooked fresh....I've been eating afgani food, for 40 + years....never ever had a problem.....hope this helps....respect...

I went to an Afghan restaurant once, and was badly food poisoned - worst 3 days of my life. I had a dish called mantu, it was sooo delicious but something bad was in it somewhere. It was a very nice dish that is a sort of pasta shell stuffed with meat and has a layer of cream on top. I think it was the meat that was bad because the dairy was so tasty and fresh.
