This is a very good recipe 👌 A gentle advice. I am told LPG gas contains harmful chemicals, naturally because it is after all liquid petroleum. Instead of grilling it on the burner, just cook it on the pan to give it the colour, and enclose it with a burning charcoal coated with ghee to give it its earthy fragrance. I think this is safe to use :) Thank you once again for your recipe. It is truly delicious.

Veer ji ye andar se kachaa rehgya, it was red. Right way is to boil without marination, let it dry, fry a bit, add cream plus kaju paste with salt, safron pinch, let it dry and then add adrak, lehsun and marinate, grill n try...no use of sauce. Try it , I'm a fan ..just suggesting 🙏
