A piece of advice Emma, whenever you go to a local house in Afghanistan it's nice that you take something with yourself even as little as a kg of fruits or meat. And for the children give them a piece of gum or chocolate. It's not that they need what you take to them or eliminate their hardship it shows a good spirit of yours.

I absolutely love and adore rural village life, with organic lifestyle such as fields to grow your own vegetables, fruits trees according to your desire, animals a source of ones freshly squeezed milk and dairy products, Enjoy your time Emma . I'd also suggest if you would like add to your list to visit Badakhshan by far the most beautiful place in Afghanistan.🇦🇫 No wonder why those kids are so beautiful because I can imagine eating organic apples everyday . Lastly Please if you can make a gofundme kind of account to help out those needy kids. God bless

The beauty of the clear flowing ravines and rejuvenating creeks along with all the kindness of people with the warmth of Bamiyan and Afghanistan as a whole will stay with you as a memorable experience. After Bamiyan, if you have time, please go north and experience the same hospitality and varying beauty of the land. Stay safe and enjoy the best experience of your time.

It is better to avoid white sugar, white rice white flour and industrial soft drinks, as everything that is industrial is not known to the body and thus leads to diseases such as cancer. The alternative to sugar is natural honey, raisins or dates and you have there natural fruit no need sugar.
@joebidet20502 жыл бұрын
Yes agree I never touch it Only dates honey
@BRQOxapam Жыл бұрын
Indian sugar and coconut sugar are also healthy alternatives😊 they are totally organic. I put this in my coffee everyday.
@cyberitrane Жыл бұрын
@@BRQOxapam Only knowing how it is made because the manufacturer only cares about profit can add compounds, such as sugar extracted from sugar cane, but it is industrially transformed so that it becomes white, so where are the rest of the natural ingredients..
@BRQOxapam Жыл бұрын
@@cyberitrane i think you now mix with brown sugar. Coconut sugar is not same😊 coconut sugar is made of the sap of coconut palm tree flower. You can google coconut sugar how its made.. and before you come say ”coconut sugar also have calories and bla bla” yes, honey have too, if eat too much. 2 spoons in morning coffee is only good. I dont insult honey. I use honey too in my kitchen, for flu and cough😺 i have organic honey made in my province area.👍🏼
@BRQOxapam Жыл бұрын
@@cyberitrane i have tried honey in my coffee but it change the coffee taste too much. So coconut sugar is better sweetener.

APPLES AND PEARS In early autumn apple and pear orchards come alive Blossoms with its sweet floral scent sweetens the air The sound of singing birds The sound of humming bees The sound of laughter as the villagers pick crispy apples and sweet scented pears Amongst the green branches all juicy and ripe Deliciously ripened apples and pears The sweet singing voices of children beneath the sunset sky Gathering apples and pears as the day goes by Filling their baskets trying their best not to bruise the fruits Come harvest time the women cook up a treat For the hungry pickers it's time to eat Rice pudding with sweet caramelised pears drizzled with honey oh what a treat Silky smooth, rich, aromantic and sweet That should keep the pickers picking for another hour or two....
