I loved advance warfare because it was the right mix of futuristic and modern. The boots on the ground feeling and futuristic mobility was a great experience. Infinite was too futuristic for me and then they went to WW2. Really wish they make another one in the same period or even a sequel.

because the storytelling is generally bad. im sorry that you’re so easily amazed by vague, incomplete, convenient storyline’s, but if you think this is good i think you might have a mental deficiency. i wouldn’t be surprised if you actively watch riverdale and enjoyed the ending of stranger things 4 either. you can’t even nail a timeline this game operates under, you can’t tell if it’s been 1 day, 1 week or 1 month between each cutscene/mission, half the story you forget by the end of it and the amount of plot armour throughout it is horrific. but i see you have the exact same lack of depth as the writers did, your reasoning for liking it doesn’t go much further than “it’s pretty and had cool story”. how old were you when the game came out? 11?
@LonnieLBrown2 жыл бұрын
Mitchell didn't know the real reason why his friend wanted to get away from his own father. He knew his father was not a good person. He just found out too late.

@thejetace422 жыл бұрын

I think it's more of a normal generational gap thing. In the first scene Will mentioned the sentence in a joking tone and I didn't observe any sign of animosity he had towards his father. He probably knew his father had some questionable beliefs (pretty much true for every generation) but still see him as a family. On the other hand, whenever Irons brought up his son it sounds like he does genuinely cared about his son and recognizes his good character, even though he thinks he made a foolish decision which got himself killed. I believe the game did a great job on humanizing Irons. For example you can tell he treats the MC and his former employees very differently to an outsider like Cormack even after the betrayal. He sees Cormack as a representation of the incompetent state which is responsible for his son's death. You can tell Irons hated Cormack from the very beginning, and was okay with shooting Cormack and let him bleed to death. He couldn't do the same with MC, which is very relatable, because let's face it, not many people on this Earth is comfortable with shooting the other kid on the block who was the best friend of your son. Same with with Gideon who was pretty much his right hand operator and most likely instrumental to how far Atlas was able to get to. Like Irons said in the end he was not a monster, but powerful people with "noble" intentions can often be far more dangerous than obvious monsters.
@dannyzero6922 ай бұрын
Late reply but here we go. Will’s father probably wasn’t a very good dad, being the CEO he probably didn’t spend much time with him and probably didn’t even have too much emotions for him. The first thing his father did after paying respect is literally offered Mitchell a job, he didn’t cry, didn’t grief over losing his son either, no wonder why Will left to join the Marines instead of taking a cushy desk job at his father’s company.

It's fucking crazy that we are creating the stuff this game uses today to a degree. Army is creating the IVAS, basically those goggles those Marines were wearing.
