Galaxy Gameing if you finished a story it will say " FreePlay Unlocked " then go to any rainbow circle. And then choose FreePlay then you're done.

Yo you could get the faster build pants on story mode at brodcast news. I used xbox 360 so this not may work, NO HACKS it will take a bit but jump to it over and over until you get it. You need a girl, get on the edge try that can't remember what I did.
