Afina Matuzko : about myself

*** Afina Matuzko is a young Ukrainian girl born in Kyiv in 2016. After Afina moved to Germany in 2022, she met her piano teacher Antuanetta Mischenko, with whom Afina began her first steps towards the big dream - to became a pianist. Being highly motivated and result oriented child, after six months of study, Afina successfully entered the Peter Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz in October 2023, and soon took part in her very first concert… Afina is a very active girl. She studies simultaneously in German and Ukrainian schools, speaks bilingually two languages - German and Ukrainian, attends a ballet school of Ukrainian ballerina and try herself with English and swimming. But despite a very busy schedule, music remains her favourite discipline.
