It happens when you attack NPC's or stay in a server longer, due to Memory Leaks everywhere

the wallet is just for SWAT NPC's the grinding method is for Police NPC's that don't stack on wallet, so yeah is truly afk

yeah. its now a singular bomb, but does 80 damage and one shots NPCs

Well from what I know -Radius seems to have increased a lot -Damage does 80 damage -Vehicle damage multiplier I think is 4 meaning you can do 320 damage to a vehicle. However some downsides is that if your jet a bit lower then you can get your jet destroyed very easily.

They should add criminal NPCS which gives cash that ranges from 0 to 50k when you arrest them. NPCS need to be able to follow players as well, imagine both team players leading NPCS, it’ll make awesome wars.
