Oh please, this probably wouldn't even crack the Top 300 games of all time. It was just Freo dominating the entire match and then Sydney kicking a few late one's. The Hawthorn vs Geelong Prelim the night before, however, is easily one of the greatest games of all time. Constant momentum swings and lead changes, a high skill level, both teams throwing everything at it, and legacies of teams and players on the line (Geelong dynasty ended, Kennett Curse broken and the doorway to the 3-Peat opened) was what was witnessed in the Hawks vs Cats Prelim and it was well and truly a classic game of football
