If you have had sufficient time to dispose of the ball and you are tackled, holding the ball will be paid if you: don't get rid of the ball before you go to ground or if you incorrectly dispose of the ball (anything other than handball or kick). In this situation that you linked; he made a bounce, so obviously had the time to dispose of the ball (he could of disposed of the ball instead of bouncing). He was tackled and brought to ground before disposing of the ball. Thus it was paid holding the ball.
