You can't just block someone trying to take their 50m. The person with the ball has priority. You get out of their way.

@@captain-poppleton how do you explain this? 3:35 i dont usually see people full out sprinting when they get a 50 paid. Its such a shit rule. You shouldn’t be able to knock people over and ram into them and get a free goal out of it.

Players receiving the 50 m penalty for them to just charge into the back of someone on the run and somehow that’s another 50 m is just so soft.

it's another 50m because you're impeding the players run, which correlates to slowing and wasting time allowing for extra numbers to flood back which if you couldn't tell is illegal in football. understand the rules before you comment

@@sad_eagles_supporter7186 I think they're talking about the Sydney clip where the swans player ran at a diagonal into an essendon player and got an extra 50.

@@morsrom156 the penalty is always given in a straight line towards the goal. The Bombers player is in the way = 50m

@samuelhunt2764 that unfair though, the player has sprinted directly right after the 50 and charged straight into the bomber player deliberately, clearly the bomber player didn't know and didn't have time to move unlike the other 50s
