I’m glad you weren’t successful in ending it all. It’s an absolute heartache for families left behind I know we lost our 19 year old son to suicide. Coming up 29 years ago. You know the sun always comes up the next day.. I’m glad you got to see tomorrow. Keep going Majak x

I think this is a great series. Everyone needs to be more open about mental health. It shouldn't be a taboo subject. Men shouldn't feel like they're weak or soft. People shouldn't be told "get over it, suck it up, we all get down sometimes" these words don't help, they only make it worse. What a brave young man you are Majak for coming on the show and speaking about your struggles. Well done for seeking help, and sticking with it. You are loved, you are enough ❤
