Giants defended very well in that last quarter. Lions were simply once again too wasteful in front of goal. At the end of the day the Giants are much better, more experienced team in general and in reality the Lions overachieved this season big time. I always thought top 4 was way too soon for them and the pressure of Finals would bring about a massive reality check which it did. Lets us hope they learn from this experience and continue to get better next season. I don't want to them to do a bloody Melbourne and just off drop completely drop off out of nowhere for no reason whatsoever.

In the last quarter nearly every time GWS had an inside 50 (which was 4-5) they got a goal. Brisbane had like 20 and only got 2-4 goals. Their kicking inside 50 wasn’t up to spec and the GWS defenders could easily turn it over. They tried their best but one handball mistake and GWS get a goal out of it and win the game, better luck next time Brisbane.
