I use this even when I’m home and not going anywhere - just to enjoy the smell. I haven’t worn it much out, as I’ve just recently received it, so I’m not sure if others would appreciate it as much.

such a good channel mate, and respect for the scotty accent, love it. but if u lemme disagree on one point, the difference in the scent is there, well done Afnan and OFG is not way way better especially for the price, but the difference scent wise is noticeable. but yea well don afnan and well done to you keep it up, cheers.

Hi Colin, thank you for your kind words, much appreciated. It’s quite a bit different to Oud wood. Obviously it’s roughly in the same genre being a woody Oud fragrance, but this one is much sweeter and less earthy. if you smelled them side by side there would be a big difference. .

I've just bought Afnan Supremacy in Oud after reading a few glowing reviews and I must admit I am rather disappointed! The actual smell is quite nice and powerful on the opening, but longevity is a joke. I've sprayed six times both my skin as well as clothes and after 15 minutes the fragrance is hardly detectable.... certainly NOT the beast it's been described. Has anyone else experienced this? Ps: I'm not a newbie in the fragrance world, so my nose is well-trained and I own some very strong frags like Black Afgano, Gucci Absolute, Acqua di Parma Oud, Tom Ford Ombre Leather, Amouage Interlude, Frederic Malle Monsieur..... Now, that's what I call long lasting! Of course I'm aware that one cannot really expect any clone to perform as good as the original... Oh well, maybe they have re-formulated Supremacy and I missed the previous formulation... Next, I will give Oud for Glory a try, I might be luckier this time! :)

Maybe it needs more time to develop? I had the same issue with a few different fragrances: Vers The Dreamer, Ras Enteeba, and Jaques Bog Pour Homme. Strangely after going through the first 1/4 of the bottle they started to ramp up their performance in terms of their longevity and projection😅. I don't know why, maybe it has to do something with the air coming into the bottle...

@@barturbanek9117 It's a possibility, however most fragrances do not behave like that and shouldn't need time to "mature" like some wines do. I believe the problem lies with batches production... obviously some are stronger than others, it happens a lot and it's one of the most common topics of debate on fragrances forums.

I gave away a clone fragrance that 90% of the reviews I saw said had BEAST MODE performance. It literally lasted 2-3rs and I found myself leaving home with my full size bottle and reapplying 3 or 4 times in a day JUST SO I COULD ENJOY the fragrance. What I’ve found since then is (when other factors just don’t add up) sometimes our skin metabolizes certain ingredients more than others which effects longevity. Maybe this is the case with YOU and this particular fragrance. *at least this is happening with an affordable clone fragrance

I’m having the same issue. I’m really disappointed because I love the smell. My wife can’t smell it either after 10 mins. I’ll lock it away and hope for the best. But this particular fragrance seems to have this longevity issue in comparison to other popular fragrances
