The commentary was spot on. Longevity, projection, overall performance is eternal with Afnan Supremacy Not Only Intense, in my experience. Lasts 2 days on clothes and 13 hours on skin. Projects well. About the scent: in my experience, smelling it up close right after spraying it made me feel kinda overwhelmed, tense and even a little nauseous because it's very thick, dense and highly concentrated. It feels like smelling a full jar of highly concentrated blackcurrant jam. But because it's so concentrated, it smells absolutely divine in the air. Majority of the people that'll smell it in the air around you will go bananas and you will get compliments. It's a mass pleaser in the air. The waves of projection in the air off of the skin is just out of this world. Also, the late dry down is heavenly. How I wish there was a fragrance with the same scent whilst having an overall light/airy/transparent feel and texture to it kind of like an aquatic/ watery note added to the existing note breakdown. That'd make smelling it up close a divine experience. It'd hamper the longevity a little. But it'd be worth it, imo.

I have a bottle and it’s my favorite Aventus-like juice by far. You do get that Hacivat-like feel at times, so you get the best of both worlds. I’ve gotten many compliments wearing this. I’m going to get a few more bottles when they are back in stock. It’s worth having a few saved for later. I can only imagine what it will smell like well-macerated after a year or two. But it’s gorgeous.

Loved the review, man! In fact, your story was what instigated me to confront this flanker... So I visited one of em official Afnan outlets in dxb, the salesman was kind enough to apply a couple of sprays on my hoodie and below my wrist before I actually decided to buy a bottle. About 7 hours and 3 ciggies later I could still smell this scent on me, my wife got whiffs from 2 feet away. And that hoodie got my cupboard smelling like Aventus. Now that's some potent shiz!!

Now,this one have special place in my collection. For now it's the best sweet frag. even among Mancera and Montale. I just got this.. i compared limited armaf and sprayed afnan on the side.. afnan smell alot cleaner smoother, richer for sure.. less harshy on top.. nice smoke.. massive projection. I just didnt get fancy box, maybe cause i ordered 150ml .,probably box just comes with 100ml.. its beast. Im not sure its good idea to wear it on summer days, maybe night cooler time for sure.. 😅😊

You just pray for it, that cdnim that you buy is better and must last longer.. But I have to sadly say that you are wrong.. Longevity by Afnan is on hole hoole other level and many parfum reviewers when compare every one CDNIM and than this beast says that this Afnan is on other level, also with quality of ingredients that are put in it.. The true is that the closest smell and most premium fragrance compare to Aventus is right this version of Afnan and then the second one is the newst released from Armaf that called CDNIM Parfum, than on third place we got your CDNIM Limited and last one is the classic CDNIM edt. Buy them all, or better buy testers of all these Aventus clones and you will see that the Armaf Limited is far far away against Afnan compare to long lasting also complex smell, the quality of ingredients and others atributes that are on niche quality level.

Its not uncommon to go nose blind to fragrances. More times than not even if you can't smell it, everyone else still can. Also sometimes our noses need to get familiar with the frag to be able to notice it longer. I have bought a ton of perfumes where I thought their performance was shit the first couple of wears and than out of no where I'm like holy shit this lasts forever. Other times I have people tell me how good I smell at the end of the day and I'm like what really? I don't smell anything lol

Don’t really get the hype on this one, I have it and it smells nothing like Aventus. I have vintage 13Q01 and more recent 17U01 and it smells nothing like either. It’s smells like a very synthetic smoky dark fruit. In terms of performance is also nothing to be desired on my skin. I don’t get how this performs well for people, I went 10 sprays and was pretty feint, even my girl could hardly smell it. I’ve started layering it with CDNIM to enhance performance and closeness to Aventus. Anyway, nice review and glad it works for you.

@@paulwatch5990 I doubt it mate, maceration doesn’t radically change the performance. Maybe over several months or years you’ll notice a slight change in depth and minimal performance improvement. I’ve experienced this with high quality perfumes like vintage Aventus, but not a synthetic cheap fragrance like this. I have hundreds of fragrances and I’ve never noticed big differences.

Hi, David. Unfortunately, can't talk about your bottle. The one I have is from the Afnan store in Dubai and from the first batch they've made. Mine is a beast, and I'm reviewing what I have in hand. 😊 Maybe you could get in touch with Afnan to see legitimacy of your source or probably it was stored badly. It could also be that due to IFRA regulations, the ones being sent outside the UAE are another formulation. Another thing I'd suggest is giving it a few more sprays. Don't know the science behind this, but I've seen this with Ajmal, Rasasi and even this bottle where the first few sprays were considerably lighter. However after wearing it a couple of times, the scent not only performs much better it also has more depth to it. I have a couple of vintage Aventus as well, and while it's not fair to compare quality, I do not in any way get performance close to this from the Aventus. Coming to smelling like previous Aventus batches, if you've noticed in the video I've clearly mentioned that you cannot label this as a Smoky Aventus or a Fruity Aventus. This one is not about finding an exact match. They've gone for performance here and a bit of sweetness to make it different and give it a Middle eastern touch. At 1/8th the price of an extremely poorly performing Aventus that we now have in stores, this one really deserve the hype it is getting. I have no reason to lie in this video. Whether I say it's crap or it's good, I'd still get the views. In no way am I going to make money out of it. I don't sell this fragrance and I'm not a reviewer who says this is the best and then tell you to buy this fragrance from my store. I'm sorry you're having a bad experience with it, and I wish I could help. 😊

I am fairly new to perfumes. I have Supremacy Silver, but it does not really perform on me, it goes away pretty fast, but I love the scent. One perfume that really blows me away with it's performance, really long lasting and projection many hours later is Bentley for men intense. Hello dear brother,. I have two different questions. First, issue (may be I'm wrong) is the light weight, I don't know either it the bottle and or less quantity of perfume in the bottle? Second issue I tested this perfume with multiple perspectives, and with other perfumes heads as well. And the final sum-up is huge disappointment . The performance is really normal with one hour light projection, and after 1 hr it turns into a skin scent, and disappear after 3 to 4 hr.. And I'm not the only one who complaint about the performance, on Fragrantica recently majority of the users are not happy with the performance. Looks like Afnan also learnt how to hype initially. I think you should check the new ones. What I recommend, its time for you and other reviewers to make second video about AS Not Only Intense, and talk about the performance again. Thanks

Listen i want you to reply to me on this I bought Afnan not only intense and when i sprayed it lasted a long time max 12 hours on my skin. But the next days i used it again and it is not lasting like the first time anymore. This also happend with Afnan's 9pm when opening the bottle for the very first time and spraying , it lasts . Later when u start using it , it doesnts. I am sure and i am not even anosmic to it. Is this Afnan's thing ? When opening a new bottle it smells perfect and projects like beasts . This is an standard Eau de Parfum. The concentration is only 80 percent and it doesn't last more than 6, 7 hours with 6, 7 sprays. It does not have amazing, beast mode performance. It also has a peppery undertone that can be kinda obnoxious. The presentation is nice but the 75 dollar price it sells for in the US is simply NOT worth the money. You can get a much higher quality Mancera Cedrat Boise on sale for around the same price and it's not a knockoff. It's not dog shit quality but it's not even a good clone.

This lasts 11-12 hrs in my skin. Sprayed some in a jacket, next day it was still very noticeable!

Afnan are pretty reputed, so whether or not it is IFRA compliant, you won't be spraying nasty chemicals. 😊
