The quota system originally was for freedom fighters, then it was for their children, and then their grandchildren. That is 2 generations that didn't even fight in the war. ALSO, you could easily fake a certificate for a freedom fighter like someone born in 1971 could be a freedom fighter. It was highly corrupt and the quota system was just for Hasina to get her own ppl jobs.
