Connect it to a trickle charger if it's sitting for a long time without running. It'll protect the battery and keep it charged.

If your videos are doing well you could take a vacation to somewhere it isn't snowing and make more riding videos. If you're profitable it will even pay for your vacation and stimulate more growth. Also if you have a business then you can write it off as a business expense
