yeh bhi nahi thaa pahele . 2002 ke baad jab se OBC quota aaya haay taabhi yeh sabh competetion mostly low marks leke aane waala so called priviledged dalits win kartaa hay . Low marks hota hay coz there is a lots of bandwitdth to do extra curricular activities in School . Exception is Kharagpur and IIT chennai coz bengalis and Tamil families mein heredity se thoda music sikh jaata hay ...Even here also the guy is a Bengali
