Many things are still to be fixed, but thank you very much for blazing the trail & show forth Real leadership in Africa. Special kudos to Aliko Dangote, a courageous man to foresee & realize a refinery of crude to save African money from flying outside the continent. African kids we are taking notes.. We have enjoyed seeing & hearing clearheaded leaders who are not afraid to take the bull by it's head & May God bless every panelist & organizers with fruitfulness & success for exposing us, the African youth to one such choicest food for thought!

dfangote believes in africa so much despite our challenges. nothing stops him from investing in the UAmerican stock market which has been a success for years, and which would have significantly upped his billionare ranking. but he said no and invested in refinery. i see a glorious beginning in the next few years for nigeria. the tinubu government only need to work towards eliminating conflicts and digitizing the economy to reduce corruption. Patrice and total has been of immesaurable assistance to africa. thank you all and may God bless Africa.

Sorry to say, but Pres. Ruto is incredibly limited in his perspective in comparison to his fellow panelists. His response to the question of leadership in particular raises serious concerns about the type of vision he has for Kenya and his role in leading the African dialogue, as it seems to reflect a dictatorial approach. President Kagame seemed to have quickly read Ruto’s mentality and @1:09:36 swiftly responds to Pres. Ruto accordingly. To quote President Kagame, one wonders whether Pre. Ruto has enough wisdom to know “whether he’s at the table or is on the menu” when attending those meetings in DC 🤔I see him playing a puppet for the western elites.

A genuine leader understands the importance of inclusivity and collaboration, understands that he alone cannot possibly possess all the answers for the betterment of the country or community, and therefore, avoids overemphasizing their own role and solutions. He does not know how to care about others it limits his view, in turn allowing him to make hard decisions without taking into focus the impact it will have at large...which could be a good thing but its also limits him in terms of making positive impacts as well

President Ruto should ask Total to set up a Refinery in Ngamia field in Turkana so that as we work towards low carbon we use this resource now as we still use it to invest in other renewable infrastructure - Dams , Solar panel plants etc.

I'm not surprised when the Nigerian youtuber complained being tested for drug abuse at the Ethiopian air port, one cannot even travel from certain province to another without ethnic verification in your own country, it's like the old corrupt apartheid South Africa. One thing is for sure: had he paid something for the agent would have spared him the humiliation in no time. I wonder how many times the richest man in Africa have been paying bribes to set and keep his cement factory there!

Dangote plans to produce as much PPP, HDPE , LDPE and PET to saturate Africa. Not complaining because we need them. We need to build our value chains in Africa. Obviously these poly carbonates are responsible for a huge amount of pollution around the world. It is one thing to produce these things, it is another thing to recycle them and prevent them from polluting other aspects of the biosphere. So what are African leaders doing about recycling? Currently China has stopped taking in plastics from around the world and the only recycling facilities in Europe are less than a handful in Germany and the UK which cannot handle the capacity produced in these manufacturing hubs. Then again we have the likes of Total, Shell, Chevron and etc polluting Africa with their production of crude oil. What are African leaders doing to ensure that our environment and climate stays clean in terms of recycling these Poly-things and creating environmental laws for these crude operators?
