thanks dude ! this is evenas G2 clear on the Mapex black panther design lab as you can see in the description but for real o didn't spent much time to tune it, all this elements together make this tuning job easy as you couldn't imagine. of course the Slate digital microphone are dammmmm awesome and it helps a lot !! I remeber when we were listening the first take every was.......what the F.... I 'd never had a sound of the TOMS like this before.... so for real this is all the elements together that helps....Gear always make the difference ;) Thanks so much @Davidpalmer

This was seriously refreshing. I found this guy several months, or even a year ago, and couldn't remember his name. Searching 'skinny, European drummers' (which is all I remembered) didn't yield any results. I finally found it in my 'Liked' folder. This guy is a serious bad-ass. I want those chops! I want to PLAY those fills and beats. The drums and cymbals sound amazing. He's got great independence and tremendous speed (sort of like Matt Garstka, or maybe faster?). This is great stuff.

That's definitely NOT natural sounding drums. It has little to do with tuning and everything to do with the software they are using. Personally, I don't even see the reason why they are using drums when they want such unnatural sounds; but to each their own. But look at what they are doing.. they are removing bad hits, replacing hits with different sounds. What is the point of that? It's as bad as somebody lip-syncing
