Because they wanted to build a military base in Somalia instead of Djibouti which is too expensive for them Turkey didn't come to Somalia for the sake of Allah they come for their own interest and gain don't forget that Somalia it's an oil rich country and Turkey plan to explore the Somali oil and get it for free ...Turkish migration mistreat and deport Somali asylum seekers just for being illegal or tried to seek asylum in Greece because in Turkey asylum application is declined for Somali nationality without exceptions women,minors, sick people...etc Turkey isn't Somalis's friend they should go to Djibouti and Eritrea since they don't deport their citizens and accept their asylum applications at once without even an interview

Turkey should build their hospital and military base in Djibouti or Eritrea because Turkish migration deport Somali asylum seekers without exceptions women and children who fled violence for being illegal or tried to seek asylum outside of Turkish soil when Turkish migration declined their asylum applications while people from Djibouti and Eritrea the two stable countries free of violence and terrorism are excluded from deportation even if they tried to exit Turkey illegally while asylum is open for them in Turkey..

It is not misleading. The hospitals are subsidized care For most people who wouldn't otherwise able to afford private hospitals. Similar thing they have in turkey.

@cocoo456 No they are not....last I took my Mum to this hospital....they charged me $80 for small tests for lap and their fees on the medicine waa the Same......the doctors are very tired as they are serving hundreds of patients at each day.....they will not give more time to explain more.....also waiting for tests and the doctors are the worst.....
