I hear the drums echoing tonight But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation She's coming in, 12:30 flight The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation I stopped an old man along the way Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies He turned to me as if to say, "Hurry boy, it's waiting there for you" It's gonna take a lot to take me away from you There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do I bless the rains down in Africa Gonna take some time to do the things we never had The wild dogs cry out in the night As they grow restless, longing for some solitary company I know that I must do what's right As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti I seek to cure what's deep inside, frightened of this thing that I've become It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do I bless the rains down in Africa Gonna take some time to do the things we never had Hurry boy, she's waiting there for you It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do I bless the rains down in Africa I bless the rains down in Africa (I bless the rain) I bless the rains down in Africa (I bless the rain) I bless the rains down in Africa I bless the rains down in Africa (Ah, gonna take the time) Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

"...Jonathan tried to enter the room as quiet as he could not to wake up his tender roommate. The cold morning shower he just had filled him with energy and John started humming a classic Africa by Toto. He wanted to go back in his bedroom, as he still wore nothing but a towel around his private part, but suddenly some weird feel of curiosity or something made him take one step back to be right in front of Caleb`s room. The door wasn`t locked and Johnny silently walked in. Oh, how sweet looked his Sleeping Beauty! And following the plot of the tale, Jonathan didn`t even resist his urge to kiss. "Goodmorning, my puppy" - he said to the immediatly awoken Caleb. He looked surprised, though John suspected that both the look and sleep were fake. He continued the kiss. He decided to try being more passionate, forgetting any last drop of shame. And then, he felt Caleb Hyles` warm arms around his waist. Of course, the towel fell down and John now stood there completely nude..." CONTINUE THE STORY

It started out as a common jazz lick regardless of instrument, but Adam Neely (a bassist KZbinr) popularised it fafaik. I'm pretty sure this is is a nod to him.

You guys are perfection. Always perfection, but the video quality is a special touch. I think the only cover of this song that rivals this for my affection is Malinda's with Google Translate Sings...but obviously for very different reasons. This is brimming with the richness of your voices and your attention to detail, and that guitar solo! Magic. All of it.
