overkill on the levitating control room. put it where it needs to be and install a ladder if it's one meter in the air, probably would save a few thousand euro. i've watched a lot of video of different brands of sawmills during the pandemic and so far Serra appears to be the "best" there is. these are stout, well designed machines. i wonder about the cost of upkeep. germans engineer and build great machinery but repair costs can get out of hand real fast. of course this particular mill is professional grade and not for the amateur.
