The Congo has a population of over 100 million people. Rwanda has a population of 14 million people. Rwanda has 4-7 thousand troops terrorizing Congolese and is plundering 10-15 Billion in resources per year. Why can't the Congo raise an army of 500,000 troops, and acquire the weapons, and other technology required to take back Congolese territory, annex Rwanda, and depose Kagame and his top officials?

Congo doesn't even need that large of an army. Their problem is their lack of training and organizing. They need properly trained troops, the DRC Military looks like some rag tag militia, obviously they're gonna struggle against any decently trained rebels. Just look at the way they hold their weapons, how they lack discipline, just a whole lot of mickey mouseness overall. They need to get it together or they're gonna continuously get clapped by m23.

Tschisekedi needs to wake up and bring in Russians. Just last week the EU championed by France approved 40 million euro military aid to Rwanda on pretext of pacifying Northern Mozambique; now we know where this money is being used; of course the contract to give minerals 'from Rwanda' to the EU needs to get going. Personally i think Tschisekedi has failed and Congo needs a new more serious President.

Uganda borders Congo with a very long border, from sourthern tip to the northern border wihhbSouthern Sudan. Many tribes share the border and 80 percent of the border is peaceful. Border crossings are active and officially working well.

With Ramaphosa's new US-capitalist alignment, I can only pray the forces sent there fulfill the mandate of taking back territory and disarming M23. It's hard for Western forces to enter in directly into the Congo so they use neighbouring territories as a proxy. I've seen scholars write about this topic in a dishonest and misleading way... When Russia invaded Ukraine you could see the soldiers amassed on its border. If the leaders in Kinshasa want to sentence soldiers for running away to death, it means DRC army is poorly equipped, poorly trained, not motivated and DRC at general is in a serious crisis of leadership.
