Well loads of conversation around the level of preparedness. Don't forget that prior to this one we already have some regional agreements that are yet to function optimally like ECOWAS. While this agreement is being ratified Kenya is building a wall between them and Somalia. When you look at these arguments they paint a bleak picture but I am optimistic that we can achieve it. There are other documentaries coming up to look at specific areas
