African Flags in Dominoes Part 2/3 | 20,000 Dominoes

Continuing the adventure of African flags further south, we see the flags of places whose capitals are north of the equator, but weren't included in part 1. Stay tuned for part 3, coming soon!

Flags were sorted by latitude of the capital city, with the exception of Somaliland which would actually come first in this list. It appears at the end because it's a largely unrecognized de facto country.
I put the Greek letter φ in the Togo flag because that flag has the proportions of the Golden Ratio, and φ is the mathematical symbol for that.
I also hid a message in the Ethiopian flag. Can you find it?

@@IansDominos Hmm, hard to say for sure. The Gambia and Comoros took a long time if you account for all the fails and rebuilds. Zimbabwe used the most dominoes (3,423) and it was all structures, so not counting fails probably that one. French Guiana used 450 pieces of tape which was time intensive to prep and clean up.
