The Manipur tableux depicts local women holding on to the very long tradition of making silk out of lotus stalk fibers. Those delicately made silk threads are woven into clothes. It is the only known indigenously produced vegan silk that do not involve animals and are conducted almost entirely by the women of serene mountainous and forested Manipur.

Firstly.. Actually there are 29 states and 7 union Territories in India Each year some states will get chance to show Tableau.. Here there are many many states left Karnataka (im from karnataka) (i think you Remembered it as kannada in your vedio😍 ) Odissa Punjab Tripuraa Assam etc... They will get chance in next. Republic day After these state tableau there were tablues of Different ministry (department )of education ,space , Electronics and communication etc... Secondly Those tablues are like moving vehicles.. in same Speed Its like truck component.. where only front part of It is used to move vechicle.. And behind there is empty platfrom kind of Space where the art work and motion Structure are placed And connected .and operated from inside (Lot of work done by engineers and technicians Thank you for your so much love... I was Extremely touched when you remembered kannada 😍💛❤️ Love from Karnataka 💕

These Tableaus representing different states of india were not to sale tourism of India but they are supposed to display the diversity of India. These tableaus from different states were always part of the Republic day parade since 1950, when the first parade was held. India is diverse and united.

Hi friend im from tamilnadu The tableau is kudavolai system mean anicent democracy of tamil nadu Kadavolai it combination of two words kudam (pot) volai (palm leaf ) Kaudavolai is a system used in anicent tamil king as elect thier local village officer by writting thier name in dry palm leaf (volai) put it in potty then in the village their is litte kid or girl come pick one name it called anicent tamil democracy
