.308 - I have used a Savage 99 lever action .308 and taken everything from Elk on down, LOVE THAT GUN. Federal Ammo - been shooting literally for 50 years and again, love it. I just love this channel because you show so much more than just the hunt and the shot. Really enjoy the channel, great exposure to guides I would never know anything about and have learned a lot watching this channel.

It depends a lot on your physical ability, the species you want etc. Normally I'll say South Africa. It's a good introduction and an awesome adventure. Then you can specialize into something harder.
