African leaders, global dignitaries mark 30th anniversary of Rwandan genocide

Rwanda President Paul Kagame led a sombre commemoration ceremony in the capital Kigali on Sunday on the 30th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide. Foreign visitors included the leaders of South Africa, Congo, Ethiopia, Central African Republic and Tanzania, as well as Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
