As a South African this is far from the experience we actually have lol. You don't wait that long for games, we get games instantly, and we actually have a competitive scene. Faceit and ESEA is also being played in South Africa. Go look up Bravado, they were a decent team actually, and the old C9 roster had 3 South Africans. I never have trouble finding a match on South African servers, as long as you queue at the right time. The fun thing about it is that because so few people play, you often see the same people and it's always cool seeing someone you know.

As a South African, I found the video very funny. Sad that our servers are so underplayed though. The upside is that you get to know a lot of players and can have fun in DM killing them. I very rarely join a game where I don't know at least one person and we can have a quick chat. Especially nice during lockdown when you get to see very few people.
