Many villages in Ghana are always so neat, and the foods are the most organic🍽. We must all escape to the villages every now and then as they have many qualities that trump living in the heavily populated urban areas. In Nigeria its called Udo-which means spider legs, the Igbo call it Uda, in the US it is called Grain of Selim. Google it as the English name of Uda and you will find it. the black pepper spice (9:28) in the bowl with the cloves.

Girl, you are doing a great job of wanting me to relocate to Africa, BUT, I don't really understand village life, and, I love some aspects of East Africa, though my ancestors PROBABLY were from some West African Country. It appears that a GREAT DEAL OF TIME INVOLVES FOOD PREPARATION.

My mothers people are Nubians And there are many of us spread around east Africa. South Egypt/ Sudan was our homeland originally, We do not live in villages we live in the desert terrain. (Some Nubians live modern city lives) So it’s the same close with nature experience just the food, culture and environment differ however it’s still Africa. Check it out , see the customs, how we herd, how we cook and much more! Hope you end up relocating you won’t regret it 🫶🏽and your body and soul will thank you

I notice when you fetch water you always twirl the water in a circle and then you put the container in to get take it up. My question is why do you twirl it in a circle before catching it?
