I was thinking a date and banana cake with nuts myself 😁 And there’s the coconut milk too so there’s a melange of great flavors going on I’m sure! 💕💕 And I noticed the use of jaggery (the “brown sugar”) too. I first saw that in Veg Village Food video and had to look that up. I wonder what that tastes like. 😋
