African village life/Cooking Traditional Swahili Dish for Dinner by the Ocean.

In this video, Iam in Kilifi, a town in coastal Kenya in a small village with the most amazing views I've seen in a long time.
I cooked Viazi karai which Is a swahili dish that made from Irish potatoes covered in coloured wheat floor and dry fried in vegetable oil.
It can be served with just tamarind sauce . Or can be served with beef ,as you wish to.

Tee you are always saying that your back hurts but it is because you hold over a lot when you are cooking. You need a folding table there're at you can take every where with you. Thank you for sharing but you need to explained things like mokuza what is that,the name of the food you are cooking . Also you can make contact with safari can ask them if you can cook for them one day . They give your ingredients and you cook for them. Even some less busy restaurants may also allow you to cook for them try that to sell your cooking. Well done you gone be big girl. Cook traditional food as well it is what people want to see like Goat head, cow foot etc
