حیف شد گوشت رو سرخ کرد . باید مخلوط گوجه پیاز رو با گوشت مخلوط میکرد و میذاشت باهم مزه ها بخورد هم بروند و خیلی خیلی خوشمزه با نان نوش جان میکردن. یا اصلا گوشت رو همونطور با کمی روغن تفت میداد و کمی هم آبدار .سس رو هم جداگانه کمی خام مثل سالاد و کمی میپخت بعد با هم لای نون نووش جان میکردن
