I've been enjoying your videos, thank you for sharing. I love the name "Garden Eggs" it suites them, as others have stated in the US we call them eggplants which can be purple or white and even a mix of the two (not as sweet/creamy as the white varieties, and more thick skinned). There are SO many varieties and hybrids out there (even orange and "golden eggs"), these slightly resemble a hybrid called "Paloma" - Bell shaped, lightly ribbed, thin-skinned fruits, reaching a squat four and a half inches long by three and a half inches wide, have a mildly sweet and creamy taste.... BUT it's entirely possible they are their own hybrid local to Ghana!

My nonna vive a NKZ, si lamenta sempre. Adesso non cucinano tanto come prima a casa per la crisi. Per quello non c'è tanta gente come nel tuo primo video. Che Dio ci aiuti, se no noi in Europa soffriamo molto, perché quelli in Ghana dipendono da noi.

Taty! You are simply the best and awesome awesome video💥💥💥! Loved seeing your sister at the tailend of the video too. I am a huge fan of her's as well. The market was thriving and I was so glad you let the market women tell their stories in relation to inflation and how it has impacted purchases. It will serve government officials well to listen to them. They are the pulse of the people. Just their words and smarts, is super impactful and provides a glimpse to how Ghana moves from an economic and social aspect. Furthermore, the stalls that have been built are not practical in the least and the market women are right, in that their #1 goal is to be closer to the customer and demand. The location and structure of the stalls will hamper their sales and that should have been considered before building. And finally, market prices are cheaper in Sunyani than other large cities because of the proximity of farms but no one is immune from the inflation that is influenced and controlled by government policies. Again I deeply loved this video because it touched on the people and the impact of inflation on lives. Fantastic job! Keep the content coming, for you are a genius!
