Hi Malika, I'm not trying to be funny but do not understand some things. 1. People Wash pots in the river 2. They clean fish in this water 3. They do laundry in/ near the water 4. I've seen in other videos they bath in this water. 5. They cook with this water Where is the health consciousness here 🤷
