Hi, Family I very much enjoyed the visit to the big Botanical Garden, I enjoyed very much. I wanted to mention the big green leaf that you asked him could you eat if my eyes are not fooling me those are Collard greens 🥬 people here in the United States 🇺🇸 grew up on this green they are part of the African American Culture most tables have them for Sunday dinner with our meals . On New Year’s people of color believe you have Collard Greens and Black-eyed Peas for part of your New Year’s meal they say for good luck in the New Year the Greens are for the Dollars and the peas are for the Pennies. This is a BIG African American food Staple. They are SOOOO delicious and we buy them more than any Dinner green Vegetable and a bunch of is about 4dollars and if you are having guest you must buy extra a bunch is maybe about 12 are more leaves . You must Grow them if you are not doing so. Jimmy will love them 😘I❤
