Uganda is the most powerful country among these, thumbs up to such a country that hosts 3million refugees year in and year which refugees mix up with local communities sharing all resources, shelter, water, food, healthcare and education. Imagine some of the countries ranking high here do not even have a population of 3millions, which Uganda caters for and its own people. Uganda may not be recognized in many aspects but that is what it means.
