Feel free to point out and call out developers who do shoddy jobs. For example, in this tour one can see that tile work especially in the bathrooms is subpar. Give credit where it is due as well... at least the exit doors have door sills! ...a rarity in Kenya. Still waiting to see which Kenyan developer will be the first to implement under-counter kitchen sinks and quick pitch technology for shower floors. Still waiting to see which Kenyan developer do a proper cloak room that is to say, a cloak room which has no tiles on its walls other than those on the floor, complemented by 8-inch tall floor baseboards

When I'm watching the videos its not so serious. It more for enjoyment so to be critical of a home, doesn't add value to the video for me. The more nice views and details are exhibited the more I enjoy. I will be more critical when I'm actually out there purchasing a home.
