If you want some nice sunset views Neelkanth Sarovar hotel has great sunset views, so does Protea Hotel Lusaka Tower. Other things to see/do are visit 37D Gallery for cool contemporary art. Lusaka Monkey Pools if you love nature and it has an Instagram worthy aesthetic your camera will love. Ask your friends for the best Matebeto restaurant and rate local cuisine.

I like the neighborhood, with its greenery, well paved roads and clean gutters. The youngsters in the bus to the city center are orderly. You left Hungry Lion, went past Shoprite, where you would have gotten nice snacks and drinks, and you preferred sharwama with Tamarine

As Zambians we are naturally friendly and very welcoming here our crime rates are very low we are centered on Christian values and religion is a very big part of our daily lives I personally have picked up strangers who where stranded and gave them a place to stay for the night of course we do have our negative sides but generally we are a happy bunch hopefully you do come and enjoy our country too

For us who how Lusaka & Cairo road used to look like in the past, it’s disappointing to see how the city centre is looking & especially the main post office area. Even the buildings are crying for some paint. At least the Cairo road island is not bad although it needs more maintenance. Yes, it’s hot because it’s the hot season. That sun is bearable. Come to Melbourne in summer & you’ll feel the heat with terrible humidity although you can experience 4 seasons on certain days here.
