I am so glad that the B.A.G. family found happiness in The Gambia but I wish they would stop saying the African Americans in the US can't live better than this. Some of us African Americans have wonderful lives here with beautiful large homes. I realize that some African Americans struggle in the US but that is not the experience of a LOT of African Americans who, like me and hubby have built 4,000+ square foot homes from the ground up in seven months with no drama.

@Queen Nita if you believe you pay for land in Africa and you never have to pay another dime, you are wrong. There is some kind of annual fee. It may not be taxes but it’s some fee. We lived in Cameroon, Africa for two years and people had some fee they paid every year.
