If gangs were more organized, people like afro and the few true leaders that you either have on the streets or in society could minimize the problem. The problem is you will always have more sheep, if its in the streets or society in general, so those people will always cause more friction than the true few leaders in these gangs. Thats the main reason i dont get caught up with most people who say they are street, because in a lot of ways they are followers compared to the few ones on the street who would be leaders if they did or did not grow up in that enviroment.
