Good point by Mike about the defense showing signs of a slow collapse for at least the last 2 years. Our front 7 is awful...aging players, poor talent evaluation (misses on draft choices), weak pass rush, no quality depth...the Chargers are banged up a bit but not so banged up that they lose this game. Even with Carr, they would have little chance of winning this game. Chargers 20, Saints 13...Mike is right about Loomis running this same group back again next year...He refuses to tear it down and rebuild...
