I saw your program of Honey. I am in state of Georgia USA. I did honey production for few years. But I like Honey Bees breeding. In our area there are different Honey which is very tasty and unique. Tupelo Honey. This Honey is from a tree which is in ponds and marshy places. Bee keepers take their hive on boats and leave boats in those places. Taste of this Honey is very soft when you eat it. I did not have chance for the production of this Honey. I do not know if it crystallized in winter. Black berry Honey. This is not a common Honey. Where I live I have lot of black berries bushes around my neighbourhood. This Haney has very unique taste. It crystallized too. But it's taste is just like Fanta when it crystallized. All regular Honey user like this honey. Sourwood honey This honey come from a tree which grows on mountains which run from Alabama to Pansalvania. Honey has purple color in Georgia but if you harvest from North Carolina it has transparent color. Those trees which are away from mountains they do not produce nectar. Taste is so good you can call this as king of Honey. If you keep this honey in Freezer this will not crystallized. Some of my customers told me it reduce their blood pressure. I am not a regular honey user. When ever I use honey it hurt my stomach. I use this honey first time in month of Ramadan in Saher in yogurt now I can use any honey. Sourwood flower bloom in June to July about 4 weeks. Flower is facing upward. If there is rain it will wash away the nectar. With in 10 years you have 1 good crop. Quality of this honey also depend how many other flowers are blooming in that area. In winter or cold temperature you will see some crystallization on bottom of bottle or pan. That part is from other flowers. In south Georgia they have fall honey that come from Cotton, Soya bean and Peanuts. This is thick sweet honey and it crystallized in cold temperature quickly. In month of October and Novermber Georgia has golden rod honey. This is very sweet and it crystallized very quickly. Normal moisture content of Honey is 18.6 but some honey has more moisture contents too. Honey absorb moisture. If it's moisture content increase it will have chances of fermentation. Bee keepers feed honey bees sugar syrup during off season or even in early spring time. When weather is cold or rainy. Otherwise no food colony collapse due to harsh weather conditions, lack of food for the increasing no of bees. When bee hives are low in honey they will be searching for sugar. They can take sugar. Extract of sugar cans, water melons even from soda cans. Bee keeper normally feed 1:1 ratio of sugar and water. Natural honey carry Enzymes that is why people recommend to use honey in cold. Heat will kill the enzymes. For commercial packing company has to heat up the honey. Otherwise flow is difficult. To me it's not easy to make honey from sugar syrup. Because the cast of sugar and mixing and feeding labor. Also I have notice if you have sugar syrup in the hive and some trees are blooming around bee hive. Bees will get the honey first from flowers. They will use sugar syrup as second source. Big trees flowes has money honey as compared to Bush flowers. There was a person Langstroth he find it out if bees has less than 3/8 inch of space they will fill it with propolis but if space is more they will build wax hive in that area. Royal Jelly is the food which worker feed to larvas. All workers are female. Worker feed large amount of Royal Jelly to queens larvas and drones Royal Jelly has 26 amino acids. From egg to adult bees Queen Egg 3 days Larva 14 days total 17 days Drone Egg 3 days Larva 21 days total 24 days Worker Eggs 3 days Larva 18 days total 21 days. If a queen die bees start feeding any worker larva and it will develop in queen. In a hive worker and drones cells are horizontal while the queen cell is vertical. In other words if you take a worker cell and place it in vertical position bees will start feeding it ample amount of Royal Jelly and that worker Larva will develop into a queen.

I have not heard these test in USA. All types of honey are different it depend on the flowers and amount of flowers in that area. e.g there are more pine trees in Georgia. But pine trees has no nectar bees even do not use their pollen because they are less nutritional. Normally you can keep 30 to 40 hives at 1 location depending on the flowering plant and other bee keepers in your area. Normally bees forage with in 2 mile radius. It's very difficult to say any thing about the quality of honey. When bee keepers are making new hives and if they are feeding starter hives. And weather conditions are harsh strong hive bees rob the the honey from starter or weaker hives. Big commercial honey companies are buying honey from small farmers they just pack it and sell it. Normally bees use 6 lbs of honey to make 1 lb of wax. In Canda spring season in very short. When bees bring the nectar bee keeper extract that honey before bees bring it to proper moisture level and cap it. Bee keepers do not want bees to use honey and make wax. So they extract it before capping. They sell their honey as process honey and they need to put a expiration date on that. While honey which is harvested after bees bring it to proper moisture level do not require any expiration date is Georgia USA.

What about cold water test where you put a spoon of honey in plate and then pour cold water. Move it in circles and honey will draw honey web shape. I tried and it worked.

The real test for honey 1. Keep in fridge with small water added in honey. If it turns into white granuals in fridge then take out from fridge keep out side it should get into original shape liquid If turns into original shape. It is original. If not turns in original liquid shape it is duplicate Pray for me. I have shown u athauntic test

Iam a honeybees keeper or farmer The farmers why give sugar to the bees ? You don't know about it completely . They give sugar juice to honeybees in times when there no honey available out side. Or no flowers available due to bad weather or More. They give sugar juice to honeybees to feed larva. Because when honey 🍯 not available out side in flowers then how can they stay alive . or how can they feed their larva small bees. Yes it's right that honey 🍯 producing from flowers . And the farmers are not giving sugar during season or in that time when the outside weather is good and most of flowers available in that area .

Mein ne to abhi abhi islamic shehed khareeda hai paise jama kr k 2000 ka kyun k mujhe kafi sare health issues hain aur utni sari dawaian afordable nahi mere liye to socha shehed mein hr bimari ki shifa hai lekin samajh hi nahi aata kahan se khareeden shehed k asli bhi ho but finally buhut soch kr aur drte drte islamic shehed walon se le hi lia aur ab aap ka comment parh k afsos ho raha hai k kyun khareed lia islamic walon se 😢
